Who can join?

You are eligible to join ACSS if:

You receive a paycheck from the state of California and you are a manager, supervisor or a confidential employee excluded from collective bargaining.
You are NOT rank and file.
Your classification number starts with an M, S or E.
Your official NOPA(Notice of Personnel Action) report states your status as an excluded employee.
Even if you are a member of another supervisory organization you can STILL join ACSS!
