The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) will begin implementation of Assembly Bill (AB) 60. The DMV estimates that it will issue approximately 1.4 million additional CA drivers licenses over the next 24 months and will hire approximately 35 managers and supervisors to work in new Driver Licenses Processing Center (DLPC) facilities and existing field offices.
Does the implementation of AB60 affect your workload, hours, working conditions, or other aspects of your employment? ACSS asks for input and feedback from DMV supervisors and managers to be able to protect your interests and represent you before the California Department of Human Resources and DMV on this issue. Please reply directly to Nellie Lynn, Assistant Director of Representation, for all your questions and comments. nlynn@acss.org
