Elaine Marshall

Statement for Chapter President
My name is Elaine Marshall and I joined ACSS as a member when I promoted to Supervisor at the Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. I joined for protection of my newly promoted classification and for peace of mind to know I would be represented if any issues occurred. During my membership I was quickly recruited as the Chapter Secretary/Treasurer, and I have been working with Chapter 512 for the past 9 years. I have served Chapter 512 as the Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President and President. I have enjoyed working with the Chapter and meeting new members in each meeting. One of the highlights I am happy to share as a Chapter President was bringing meetings to the northern part of the Chapter. I heard the voice of our chapter members and brought chapter meetings to them. We now strive to hold chapter meetings in areas all members are conveniently able to attend. For those of you who continue to support, thank you for coming out. I am running to continue as your Chapter President and would appreciate your support.

Collon Tomlyn

Statement for Delegate
I am a six-year public servant with the Great State of California, with my current role in the Budget Office of the Office of Emergency Services as Position Control. With my years from both private and public sector behind me, I’m excited to bring my experience to ACSS and help represent the interests of fellow excluded-class members’ interests.
