The State Controller’s Office has indicated that the SSA increases for employees related to the nine-SEIU represented bargaining units (1, 4, 11, 14, 15, 17, 20 and 21) are being implemented on December 21, 2023. The five-month retroactive portion of these SSA increases will be processed on December 26, 2023. The SSA adjustment for the December pay period will issue as a supplemental payment on January 1, 2024.
