As part of the CA Office of Data & Innovation (ODI), CalAcademy, is partnering with InnovateUS to pilot Learning Pathways. This AI-powered tool is designed to give employees a personalized learning plan based on their learning goals. After answering a few questions about their goals, Learning Pathways will recommend at-your-own-pace courses and workshops delivered by expert faculty for them. If they don't have a specific goal in mind, they can also explore popular pathways for public servants.
Popular learning paths include topics on:
- Responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI)
- Upskill for leadership roles
- Specific challenges in the public sector
ODI will be launching a pilot of this initiative with a group of users statewide. After the pilot phase is complete, a secondary notice will be provided to labor partners regarding the official launch of the initiative.
