Kedric Nalls

Statement for Delegate
My name is Kedric Nalls. I currently serve as the Chapter President for 508. I was appointed to the position in 2022 due to a vacancy left by my predecessor. In the two years, our chapter has held several meetings via Zoom due to the pandemic. I've learned a lot from the time in this current position and looking for the opportunity to be elected as one of the Chapter's Delegates in October at the ACSS Delegate Assembly.
As a delegate, we will have a voting voice to shape the direction in which ACSS is headed for the next three year. This is an opportunity to discuss ideas and provide suggestions on upcoming decisions for our organization. I believe I will be a continued asset in help developing ACSS to grow even bigger.

I've learned a lot from the time in this current position and looking for the opportunity to be elected in October at the ACSS Delegate Assembly. Our team has helped lead the charge back to in person meetings where we have witnessed more collaboration and attendance. We support the ACSS initiatives to ensure supervisors, exempt/excluded employees have a voice and representation. We are looking to enhance our brand with a community service aspect. We need ACSS to be a representative in our respective communities to show an organization like ours, can make a difference. With your support, we can continue to build on what we have started thus far.
